Generation Asset Monitor™ (GAM) provides an outlook for the development timelines of new generation projects and plant retirements in ISO-NE, NYISO, PJM and MISO. For each project in the Interconnection Queue, ESAI assigns a “probability of completion factor” in percentage terms, which is then applied to develop a forward assessment of likely capacity additions in each pool. Our team also tracks power plant retirements, both announced and what ESAI deems ‘at-risk’ of retirement. The GAM is published monthly for each RTO and provides a summary overview of the significant changes that occurred in the previous month.

Generation Asset Monitor™ Benefits
