Julia Criscuolo

Director of Renewables and Environmental Policy

Julia Criscuolo spearheads our research on renewable energy and emissions, including our Renewables Watch™ and Emissions Watch™ quarterly publications. She also works on ESAI’s renewable energy consulting engagements. Julia is responsible for developing Renewable Energy Credit (REC) forecasts in PJM and ISO-New England and oversees the firm’s renewable energy supply and demand models. On the emissions front, she follows carbon market developments, especially those related to RGGI and federal developments relating to EPA regulations.

In addition, she manages ESAI’s Generation Asset Monitor™, a database tracking generation projects under development in the Northeast markets.

Prior to joining ESAI Power in 2007, Ms. Criscuolo worked at the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) in Washington, D.C.
