Madeline O’Neil

Madeline is a Research Analyst focused on regulatory developments and emissions markets. As a contributor to ESAI’s Emissions Watch publication, she tracks state and federal legislation, industry changes, and stakeholder processes informing changes in the generation fleet.

Madeline graduated from Colby College in 2026 with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Biology.
